Can confirm. He shot me too for no reason in same game and just now to steal thaw. Maybe a timeout is warranted.

ok, that idiot I already chat banned him couple of weeks ago so I guess this time I'll move to ban him a couple of weeks/ten days or so. ban just added now, thanks for report.
